Our Client Services, Creative, Digital and Data teams are as equally passionate about the charity sector as they are highly professional, with many years of fundraising experience between them. The majority of the team have worked in the sector from the ground up. We pride ourselves on providing the very highest level of quality service to our partner clients and are often told we under promise and over deliver; this is no fluke as the whole team are dedicated to ensuring we optimise every single campaign we partner with you to create and to deliver.
We only take on passionate fundraisers who believe in our work and in our clients’ causes. We invest in their training and install a pride in their work as professional fundraisers – we have developed the Purity Diploma scheme, a highly effective training course that delivers skills, nurtures talent, and ensures every single fundraiser is supported in their development now and into the future. All our Fundraising Management and Coaching team have worked their way up from being a fundraiser on the phones themselves which means they understand every nuance around telephone fundraising and are able to support, mentor and develop new fundraisers effectively.
